This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Nieuro mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Nieuro uses large language models (LLMs) to generate podcast content and conversational responses. Your conversation history with AI hosts may be stored to provide character memory and personalization continuity. You may clear an individual host's memory or all memory at any time via Settings → Clear Memory. Clearing memory is permanent and cannot be undone.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Journal entries and AI memory are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account, which will permanently and immediately remove all your data from our systems.
You may also request deletion of all your personal data by contacting us at support@nieuro.net. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nieuro.net.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), bcrypt-hashed passwords, JWT-based authentication, and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
